Action Button is a start-up that empowers news readers to impact the news by partnering with non- profits and featuring their content on world-class publishing platforms. In short, readers can take action directly inside of a news article to directly impact the issues that matter.
We were tasked with branding the company and created a dynamic logo mark featuring a lightning bolt sitting at the center of a split circle. The logo mark we designed plays on the idea of readers taking action, from reading the news on one side of the mark to the changing the news on the other. In addition, we concepted, illustrated and animated a 60 second film showcasing how Action Button lets the readers instantly take action on news that matter.
